When to replace your toothbrush

Unlike good wine, toothbrushes don't get better with age. American Dental Association (ADA) recommends that you replace your toothbrush every three to four months, and more often in cases when it is looking worn with wear.

When choosing a toothbrush, we recommend that you use a soft bristled toothbrush as they are just as effective as the medium or hard brushes, and the softer bristles help prevent gum damage. Try an extra-soft one with Microfine Technology like this Nimbus.

Investing in an electric toothbrush may be one of the best investments you ever make. It can prevent tooth decay, bad breath and more, helping you avoid cavities and more.
